You will take ownership of our core web applications, translating product designs and user stories into highly performant, maintainable React components. You will collaborate directly with backend engineers to design clean API contracts and integrate complex data structures into the frontend state. You will mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical pairing sessions, establishing best practices for React architecture, state management, and testing. You will lead efforts to optimize application loading performance, bundle sizes, and accessibility compliance (WCAG). You will establish automated testing strategies, writing unit tests with Jest and end-to-end tests with Cypress to ensure continuous deployment stability. You will also participate in engineering design discussions, helping to estimate technical complexity and refine architectural requirements.
You must have extensive professional experience building and scaling production-grade web applications using React and TypeScript. You have a proven track record of optimizing web performance, configuring build tools like Webpack or Vite, and implementing automated testing suites. Strong communication skills and experience working asynchronously in a remote team are required.
